VAGNELINDs story behind the fictive portrait ROBIN: The name “Robin” symbolizes shining brightly, new beginnings, and good things to come. It is an independent name, reflecting the way she brings light to life and enjoys it to its full potential. She shares characteristics with Robin Hood, the legendary hero who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. She wishes blessings, peace, and inner reflection on all. Archery is her favorite hobby. She has deep cranberry-red lips, embodying energy and passion. It suits her; she is enthusiastic and gracious.

Signature: Signed by the artist VAGNELIND on front.

VAGNELIND
VAGNELIND captures human presence through broad brushstrokes, thick layers of oil paint and large-scale compositions. Her paintings are physical, raw and intuitive — a constant shift between the explosive and the concentrated.

VAGNELIND studied Fine Art in Australia and has lived in the USA and China — experiences that have brought an international pulse to her work.

She is featured in a 2026 European documentary series on ARTE and ZDF, following her artistic practice from the studio to ICEHOTEL — from oil paint to ice, chainsaws and cold-water immersion. She is also the author of KALLA BAD, published by Bonnier Fakta.
