VAGNELINDs story behind the fictive portrait CHINOOK: Chinook got her name from the largest species of Pacific salmon, named for the Chinookan Indian people who lived along the Columbia River who were the first to tell stories of “The Great South Wind” or, in their tongue, “The Snow Eater”. Any free time she has, she spends at the sea: her heritage gave her a passion for fishing at any time of year. Her skin shines with apricot and salmon tones. The soft coral colour is directly with modesty and innocence, and it reflects happiness and satisfaction in all areas of life.
